We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Trooper Store.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Refund process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective
